Purpose
The controller is designed to control the operation of external automatic doors on Ivolga electric trains Subsystem of the rolling stock elements safety control.
The УКПБ control box receives signals from the electrical equipment of the door and the control unit. A non-contact sensor reads the motor current. The voltage measurement channel is used to monitor the train power supply network.
Data is written to the non-volatile memory on the following events:
- change in the status of signals of the electrical equipment or door control unit
- error message in CAN exchange
- current flow in the drive motor circuit
- 110 V on-board power supply voltage exceeds permissible limits.
In the case of a report of abnormal door operation it is possible to read the data of the УКПБ via wireless interface CAN, Wi-Fi for subsequent deciphering and determination of the causes and consequences of errors in the door control unit operation.
An adapter board for switching has been developed for the convenience of retrofitting door complexes in operation.
