Purpose
- protection of traction electrical equipment of rolling stock
- reduction of rolling stock maintenance costs.
It provides:
- protection of traction electrical equipment of streetcars and trolley buses from short-circuit currents and inadmissible overloads
- differential protection
- recording of parameters in non-volatile memory
- quick setup for specific types of traction drives and rolling stock using the software utility
- connection to the rolling stock diagnostic system via digital interfaces.
It can combine the functions of a line contactor and a quick disconnect switch.
