At your request, we will perform:
- delivery of equipment to the installation site
- installation at the customer’s site
- commissioning
- consulting customer’s staff.
Service support
The operational service maintenance throughout the country (including at the depot) provides for:
- reducing the cost of rolling stock maintenance
- minimization of rolling stock downtime during work.
Service support of electric equipment and solutions of VOLHON JSC is:
- operation and maintenance support of our equipment
- testing
- consulting customer staff
- after-sales service
- exchange fund paid by the customer at the customer’s operating sites.
We replace equipment during current maintenance of rolling stock at the depot, minimizing downtime.
Certification
Batch products of VOLHON JSC are released to the market only after obtaining the necessary certificates of conformity or registering declarations of product conformity.
At the customer’s request, we carry out certification tests of the manufactured equipment.
