Personal data processing policy in VOLHON JSC
General provisions
The personal data processing policy in VOLHON JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the Federal Law «On Personal Data». It states the aims, basic principles and rules for the personal data processing, formulates safe measures.
The policy was created to ensure the protection of the rights of individuals when processing their personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In their relations for the purposes of personal data processing, the subject of personal data and VOLHON JSC shall follow the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Terms
personal data — personal information left by an individual (a subject of personal data) on the website of VOLHON JSC; including if an individual acts as a representative of his/her company

destruction of personal data — actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the information system and (or) as a result of which physical carrier of personal data are destroyed.
Purposes of personal data processing
The personal data of VOLHON JSC is processed for the following purposes:
- ease of use of this website by the subject of personal data
- providing information about the work and services of VOLHON JSC, the development of new products and services
- collection and development of ideas aimed at creating the most popular products by VOLHON JSC
- expertise of start-up projects with innovative solutions
- conducting promotions, surveys, marketing, statistical and other research activities.
Rules of personal data processing
